I haven't written in this manual for years (literally, many years..). Therefore, I propose a complete rewrite some year. Like I've mentioned on this site's contents before, I keep quite busy.
If someone wanted to help me author a manual, this would get underway much faster; but I digress.. thats just not going to happen.
